Jim Kelley sent these photo's of his daughter
Catherine, who participated in the 6-7 year old beginners ring.
Catherine (she is a yellow belt now),

Kyoshi Hector Rodriguez.

You can not buy this type of positive experience for your children!
Yes, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies are terrific, BUT, even the children on
the back row
standing proudly at attention during the awards ceremony WERE WINNERS!!
They showed up to class, they showed up to participate, they
preformed (with fear and trembling)
in front of those adult black belt judges...and THEY WON because they WERE
THERE!
