Kyoshi Andres Macareno Gonzalez began his Martial Arts training in 1974, and in 1985 he
started his USA Goju training under Sensei Jorge Smith. In July of 1997 he
became a Commissioned Career Sensei under Grand-Master Peter Urban,
and at that time, Maestro Urban assigned him Goju Hall No. 300.
Along with his Goju Training, Kyoshi Gonzalez continues to practice his
disciplines of Kendo, Iaido, and Jujitsu.
Master Gonzalez's current rankings are:
8th Dan ~ USA Goju
5th Dan ~ Shorinji Kempo
4th Dan Jujitsu
3rd Dan ~ Kendo
